All you need to know ahead of your visit...

Find out the answers to some of our most frequently asked hospitality-related queries...

What is the process of booking hospitality?

  • With our range of packages becoming increasingly popular and the majority of matches receiving more enquiries than we can currently facilitate, we have worked alongside Ticketmaster to develop an online platform which will allow supporters to book and confirm their place immediately after each match goes on sale. For further information, please see here.

What time can I arrive?

  • Saturday, 3pm kick-off: 12pm
  • Tuesday, 7.45pm kick-off: 6pm

What time do the VIP Guest and Man of the Match speak?

  • Our VIP guest speaks at approximately 1.30pm for 3pm Saturday kick-offs and 6.30pm for 7.45pm kick-offs
  • Our Man of the Match speaks approximately 10 minutes after full-time

What time does hospitality close?

  • Last orders at the bar are usually 20 minutes after full-time and hospitality closes approximately 45 minutes after full-time

When will tickets go on sale?

  • We will provide an update ahead of the 2023-24 season

What if I don’t like the menu, or have a specific dietary requirement?

  • Please get in touch at least a week before the fixture and we’ll endeavour to find a solution for you

Where do I get my tickets?

  • Your tickets will be left for collection from the VIP entrance to the left of the main stadium gates on matchday unless you require them to be posted out ahead of the day. If so, please contact commercial@nottscountyfc.co.uk after booking your tickets and request for them to be posted.

What if my tickets do not arrive in time?

  • If you haven’t received your tickets 24 hours before kick-off, please email commercial@nottscountyfc.co.uk or call 0115 952 9000 and we’ll arrange for you to collect from the VIP entrance to the left of the main stadium gates on matchday

What’s the dress code?

  • Smart-casual with Notts County shirts and scarves permitted

Can away fans book hospitality?

  • Unfortunately, it’s not our policy to allow this

Is parking included in my package?

  • Parking isn’t included with your tickets; however, you can book parking (£10 per car) by emailing commercial@nottscountyfc.co.uk or calling 0115 952 9000. We only have a limited number of spaces available.

Where do I enter?

  • Please report to the VIP entrance, situated to the left of the main stadium gates, where your tickets will be scanned
  • You will then be directed to the hospitality entrance, Wheeler Suite entrance or main reception (if you have any access requirements)

Do you have a children’s menu?

  • Our family-friendly package, based in the Wheeler Suite, offers adult and children’s menus
  • Our classic hospitality offering, based in the 1862 Suite, is catered towards adults but children are nevertheless welcome

What's your cancellation policy?

  • If you can no longer attend a game you've booked, you can receive a full refund providing you let us know at least 24 hours before kick-off.
