Season tickets are back on sale following the conclusion of the renewal and early bird periods.

Buying a non-adult season ticket?

You must purchase the price band that correlates with the age you or the supporter will be on 1 August 2023.

We require supporters purchasing a new concessionary season ticket to provide photo ID showing their date of birth. This will preferably be a copy of your passport or driving licence, but a birth certificate accompanied by a passport-style photo will be accepted for younger supporters whose photographic ID cannot be supplied.

Renewing supporters do not need to provide us with their ID as we have retained their records from last season.

You must submit your identification in person at our club shop to receive your season ticket. Click here for our opening hours.

ID will be securely stored digitally to ensure you don’t need to submit it each season

When will I get my season ticket?

All 2023-24 season ticket holders will receive a new card. Cards from any previous seasons will not be activated for the season ahead.

Season cards will be posted in batches over the next fortnight, starting Monday 17 July, to all supporters who selected 'delivery'. If you have not received your card by Monday 31 July, please email tickets@nottscountyfc.co.uk.

Supporters who chose to collect will be able to do so from our club shop from 9am on Tuesday 18 July. If you've purchased an age-related season ticket and have never previously submitted ID, please bring ID with you so we can update your records. Click here for opening hours.

With phone lines expected to be busy between now and the start of the season as match tickets go on sale, we advise supporters with any season ticket-related queries to submit them via email to tickets@nottscountyfc.co.uk.

Designated members of staff will be on hand to deal with season ticket communications and will respond via email or phone ASAP.
